Stay Away! I own a 2013 Chevy Malibu and within 32,000 miles I needed my heating core, 2 water pumps, Radiator hose and catalytic converter replaced. I had my heating core replaced at 32,000 miles at a certified dealership and since then experienced engine noise and a lack of power. I took my car back 6 times to have them try to repair the issue that they caused. They told me that they can't repair it since there wasn't any engine lights on. I contact corporate after the second time bringing it to the dealership and they gave me the line of "Each dealership is privately owned and that they don't have any control over them" I drove about 20,000 miles and 7 visits to multiple dealerships the issue was never fixed. I spent $120 for an engine diagnostic and numerous hours of my time at the dealership.

I bought my car here 5 years ago and I have always use their service department many times over the years. Honestly more trips to get repairs done than what I was expecting, but my rating above is purely about the Dealership Service Team and not the Chevy brand itself. People in the service team are very knowledgeable and they all treat the customers very well. They have never let me down, the car is always ready when commited to finish, and they always try to do their best to help you save money, either with repairing parts themselves or using online coupons. My service reps have always been Angela and Greg and they both have been great all over these years, If I keep coming to this place for every service/repair is mainly because of them both. The guys in the shop do good work but Angela/Greg always excel in customer service and make me leave the place happy.

Delivery today was smooth and effortless. James explained all of the bells and whistles the new car had. The finance manager was as straight as an arrow and allowed me to fully understand the transaction I was entering into. No high pressure sales pitch about after market goodies, just straight forward information to allow me to make an informed and proper decision for my needs.

Buyer Beware!!!! These people know absolutely nothing about the cars they are trying to sell you!!! I made an appointment and specifically told them what I wanted in the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. The guy named James knew very little about the car. I knew more about the car than he did. He became flustered because he told me that I would not be able to get the features I wanted in the car because they did not have it for the 2018s. The Chevy website had the options I wanted for the car. He tried to get me to buy a car that I did not want and then was annoyed when I said, "No". Another person called a few days later to tell me the car I wanted did not exist. The funny thing is, 2 other dealers called me and said they had the car exactly. Don't waste your time at this place!!!! It is a bait and switch place!!!

This place is a joke. Tried to get a car from this place last week on the 14th. Told them about my credit issues and they promised they could get me financed because they deal with SO MANY BANKS. They required me to put down $250 to try to get financed, which I put down on a credit card. I got denied within minutes. When asked about the refund of the $250, the salesman said they would put it back on the card. After not seeing it on my card, I called every day to inquire about the credit back to my credit card. Got so many excuses from everyone there (that they only do refunds on Thursdays, etc...). They took my deposit so quickly but couldn't give the credit back on the same card the same day? I had to threaten to come down to them to cause a scene and go back to the dealer to get a credit. How ridiculous. Will never go back to get a car from them.

I purchased a new Chevrolet Volt Premiere. My salesmen James could not have treated me better. I was greeted immediately upon entering the showroom. James was exceedingly knowledgeable about the vehicle. He immediately determined the model and options I was looking. He was stubborn and steadfast in his dealings with the manager and made sure my concerns were heard. I truly felt like he was on my side. The manager was friendly and polite

Just recently the engine light came on and I had it read at a local shop. The error code was for the bank 1 sensor 1. As I was replacing the sensor I noticed the female end of the wire was broken. All my engine problems disappeared when I fixed the wire. Corporate did not offer any help during or after my ordeal.

Highly recommend this dealership.
