I had my Lincoln services at Smithtown Lincoln hear on Long Island NY after several not so great experiences elsewhere. The staff was very helpful, and they finally fixed my problem with the brakes. I would highly recommend them. They also did a great job with a car wash as part of the service no charge. They are probably the best place to bring your car on Long Island NY.
I had a bad experience at this place. I canceled a deal less than 24 hours after providing a deposit since I didn't hear from the salesman when he said he'd call. (He didn't call me at all the first time he said he would. I had to call again the next day. Then it took 3+ hours to hear back from him when he promised to call back "in a few minutes.") When I canceled, the salesman was upset and hung up on me! Actually hung up on me!! Unprofessional!
First oil change on our new Escape which was free. I was in and out in just over an hour as usual at Ford of Smithtown. Service is always great!
Janine and I were very impressed with the high level of service we received at Ford of Smithtown. We never expected that we would be able to drive away with our new Fusion 4 1/2 hours after we walked through the door. Everyone we dealt with in this process from my initial phone conversations with Mike and Tammy, to our onsite experiences with Larry and Tony were friendly, knowledgeable and very easy going, which is very important to us. We do not like the "hard sell" attitude, which was not present at all. They answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Most importantly, WE LOVE our new Fusion!
They were supposed to refund my credit card. Three days later, I called again to ask for the credit. The salesman was smug and said "he'd look into it." Sure he will....again no call back. A week later, still no credit. Decided to dispute it with the credit card company. Save yourself the trouble and get your car elsewhere. I had mine delivered to me from Lincoln of Queens Blvd! They made it very easy and were less expensive! Not like wasting an hour in this place!
Everyone there works hard to help u & to be straight about problems with your Vehicle.Friendly.Very helpful I got another loner car a Lincoln that car I did not want to give back a unbelievable ride.Jim is the best always takes care of me.Its my Ford Family.This Smithtown dealer also which I personally loved about them they had a very wide range of different style pick up trucks wide beds long beds crew cabs no crew cab trust me go check it out.Then other thing I loved was a very large parking area I wasn't cramped in driving through a garage dropping truck off.The Sales guys are great helpful & not over whelming on you.
