The staff is very pleasant and very knowledgeable about repairs to your car. I wouldnt take my sti to anyone else. Nash, Mary and Jose are the best.
When I asked for window sticker for a car, she said she would have a sales person Jeff Barkan call me. A day and half went by and I did not receive any calls from Jeff. When I emailed Carol again to confirm a spec. on the same car, she had the nerve to tell me that Jeff informed her I was not in the market for a car and that this is for a friend!!! Well I do not know what Jeff was smoking! One thing is clear, this dealership and these 2 people are clueless. Needless to say I will take my business somewhere else since they are not anxious about selling a 2017 model.
Very unprofessional, they do not know how to call you back. Very good at taking a deposit, promising a car for 3 days later, and 2 weeks later no callback, no car, no communication. Now you can keep your car. Donaldsons was great... should be zero star review
Had an unexpected malfunction with my Subaru on my way down from New Hampshire to Long Island for a quick two day visit. Contacted Competition Subaru who took the car in immediately, found the issue, determined a part was needed that was not in stock. They gave me a loaner car that was brand new, ordered the part to come in next day and had the car repair by 1pm the following day, less than a 24 hour turn around. They were life savers. All service people were knowledgeable, professional and all around a pleasure to deal with. Wish I lived in the area as I would purchase my next car from them.
Vinny Derenzo the Salesman and Dina the finance manager, were consummate professionals. No Gimmicks, straightforward transaction. Pleasantly surprised. Very positive experience. I used Costco membership pricing and felt I got a great deal as well. They have earned my future business and referrals at competition.
Terrible customer service. Dealt with Carol Glass, so-called internet sales manager who knows nothing about cars... Really just a customer service person and a bad one at that.
